I have been in the health and fitness industry as a fitness trainer and holistic coach for over 20 years. My fitness career started with a certification from NASM and throughout the years my training has expanded to not only learning top notch training programs and certifications (including pre/post-natal) but also learning and collaborating with world class doctors and experts.
College was the first time my body started failing me. I gained weight and had chronic shin splints the best physical therapists only provided band aid solutions for. Soon after my fitness training journey began I learned how to restore my foot health and function and my shin splints became a thing of the past. After a car accident left me with neck and back pain I was able to rehab myself and since have helped rehab others from injuries and pain.
Once I became pregnant and gave birth to my first child, my world changed forever. I went from feeling strong, confident, and resilient to feeling like I was trapped in a body that wasn’t my own. I gained over 70 pounds during that pregnancy and over 60 with my second child. I delivered two babies weighing 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and 9 pounds, 5 ounces.
The weight gain, pregnancies, and deliveries all lead to urinary incontinence, low libido, trouble orgasming, poor posture, and decreased confidence. Feeling trapped inside this unfamiliar body was both uncomfortable and saddening. I was determined to get back to the way I was, both mentally and physically. I discovered the gift of healing myself with my own methodized program of pelvic floor training, holistic nutrition, and other lifestyle changes. It was life-changing for me and the benefits far exceeded the elimination of my pelvic floor issues. Being able to fix the issues that plague so many other women, led me to my true passion for women’s health and helping women become confident and sexy in their own skin.
My mission is to empower ALL women to have the tools and resources to help themselves look and feel their best. I believe health starts from within and flows throughout your mind, body, and soul. For bona fide wellness to occur, you must take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. My pelvic floor workout videos, using my methods of training, make this life-changing programming accessible to women everywhere. To this day, my mission is to help as many people as possible to become stronger, more confident, and the best version of themselves.
In addition to pelvic floor training, I specialize in restoring posture and helping individuals reduce/eliminate pain and move efficiently. I also enjoy being a contributing writer for Kourtney Kardashian's Poosh and various other publications. I work with people all around the world, both in person and virtually, utilizing all of my methods to help them become their strongest and most confident selves.
